Data controller

This notice is issued under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) by Recep Ünal, owner of recepunal.com and the data controller.

What I process

Only when you submit the contact form:

• Your name, phone number and message

• Your IP address, browser details and the time of submission

• The trust score Google reCAPTCHA produces to tell people from bots

The site does not use cookies for advertising or visitor tracking. A single necessary cookie remembers your language.

Purpose and legal basis

Your data is processed to reply to your request, discuss possible work together and protect the form from abuse. Legal bases: necessity for entering into a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c), legitimate interest (Art. 5/2-f) and your explicit consent for transfer abroad (Art. 9).

Who receives it

Your data is never sold or shared for marketing. The following providers are used to run the service; their servers may be located abroad:

• Google (reCAPTCHA): bot protection for the form

• Telegram: delivering your message to me instantly

• Hosting provider: the server that runs the site and its database

How long it is kept

Messages are kept for at most two years after your request is concluded and are then deleted.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may ask whether your data is processed, request information, ask for correction or deletion, learn who it was transferred to, object, and claim compensation for damage. Send your request through the contact form, marked “Privacy request”; it will be answered within 30 days.
